Why are you feeling stressed?
When you're feeling stressed, simply saying, "I'm stressed, may not help you understand clearly what happened, when it occurred, how it unfolded, and who was involved. Understanding objectively a stressful can help you prevent and manage similar situations in the future. This is the purpose of a stress record: to help you assess your stress levels based on your observations, which you can analyse later.
As you answer the questions, try to avoid judgment and interpretation. Just document the events as they occurred. For this exercise, you can use a pen and paper, a notes app, or a voice recording app.
